Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is available in most areas across Canada. Your order will be delivered by Parcel. A third party vendor has been contracted to perform your delivery service. Providing us with accurate, current and complete information will ensure that your delivery is successful. The estimated delivery date is between 2 to 10 days after receiving your order.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made, or where you can pick up your shipment.

Please be sure to sign the proof of delivery to indicate that your delivery has been received. In the event that there are visible signs of damage, missing or incorrect pieces, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the proof of delivery and contact Gemliving within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy, below.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 8 days of receipt in unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchange on products used, goods ordered to your specifications. Merchandise may be returned by parcel. In the event that a returned order has any accessories or missing pieces, the return may be refused.

Gemliving will not be responsible for transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon. Please keep the receipt as a proof of purchase for all product.

Canceling Orders

We do not accept the cancellation of an order that has already left our warehouse.
